Mold remediation that stops the damage at its source.
Soil contains moisture, and moisture is one of the two things mold needs to grow. The other is a food source — such as the wood in your crawlspace subfloor and floor joists.
Moisture travels through the air and reaches that wood, where mold makes it decompose at a faster rate. Over time, this weakens the structure that supports your home. We remove the mold, then deal with the moisture that caused it — often with a reinforced vapor barrier, drainage, and encapsulation — so it doesn't come back.

Signs of mold
Musty odors are often the first sign. Many homeowners also notice sneezing, a runny or stuffy nose, coughing and postnasal drip, or itchy eyes, nose, and throat. If you notice these signs, have your crawlspace inspected.
Treat the source
We address the moisture that feeds mold, not just the visible growth.
Protect your structure
Stopping mold early protects subfloors and floor joists.
Long-term results
Encapsulation after remediation helps keep the space dry.
Frequently asked questions
Crawlspaces combine moisture from the soil with wood framing that mold can feed on. Without a vapor barrier and good water management, that moisture keeps coming back.
We recommend controlling the moisture so the problem doesn't return — for example, a 12 mil reinforced vapor barrier and a French drain, as on one of our recent projects.
